Q) Do you do company logos or custom designs? A) Not at this stage, our process is as streamlined as possible and does not allow for this time consuming job.
Q) How long does it take for delivery? A) Shipping can take 7 - 10 business days for all orders. Wearable Words does NOT offer an express post option. This is due to the high volume of shipments every day and how far away you are. Be patient you won't be disappointed.
Q) Can I collect my transfer from your office? A) No, Wearable Words is strictly an online service.
Q) What Quality can I expect from your iron on transfers? A) We use the highest quality material, footballers are wearing our transfers.
Q) Do the transfers fade or crack? A) Not when looked after properly. Outside of normal wear and tear, the transfer should last as long as your garment does.
Q) My transfer has lifted slightly... A) Avoid this by ironing on the transfer thoroughly when applying. If parts do start to lift, cover the transfer with a thin cloth (tea towel or pillow case) and re-iron the entire transfer.
Q) What type of fabrics can I iron on to? A) Cotton, polyester/cotton blends, polyester / acrylic and 98% of fabrics.
Q) Can I iron the transfers onto lycra? A) No - If the fabric can not be ironed safely, the transfers should not be ironed onto it.
Q) Can I iron on to a banner or flag? A) Yes as long as it is made out of fabric.
Q) Can I iron one transfer over another? A) As long as no part of either transfer comes into direct contact with the iron.
Q) Can I iron on Wearable Words to a pillow case? A) Yes, and bed sheets as well, use your imagination... go crazy.
Q) Can I iron on my Wearable Words upside down? A) Yes, we don't really care which way you iron them on, just follow the application instruction, be safe, have fun and be nice to people.
DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Q) Can I cut my Wearable Words up in sections and iron them on? A) Yes, you can iron it on one piece at a time if you are super keen. You might have a hard time lineing everything up though.
Q) Can I wash my clothes after ironing on my Wearable Words? A) Yes you can after 5 hours, like most things with adhesives, they are best given a bit of time to cure fully.
Q) Can I wear my Wearable Words straight after ironing them on? A) Yes, just give the garment time to cool down.
Q) Do I have to type in a word or sentence that makes sense? A) No, you can type in what ever you want. Celebrate absurdity.

Q) How long will my Wearable Words last on my garment or fabric? A) That depends what you get up to. If you’re a bull fighter maybe 1 day to 10 years + depending on how good you are. Tumble drying will reduce the longevity of the product.
